Waimate Netball Centre
Waimate Netball Centre's primary focus this season has been on the ANZ futureFERN Junior Netball programs. While we're a small centre we've had fantastic support from all those involved. Two local businesses kindly donated drink bottles for each of the Junior program participants and for that we are very grateful. The centre went ahead and purchased printed tshirts for the two age group clusters and these were a real hit with the kids. They look great in their t-shirts and it has added a real collective atmosphere to the program. Improvement in their basic skills is obvious and this is thanks to the solid team of enthusiastic and able leaders committed to the program. We look forward to watching further progress in the future.
